Abstract

This study examines the intersection between education and law in developing a just, inclusive, and sustainable society. Education plays a crucial role in promoting legal awareness, civic responsibility, and respect for human rights, while legal frameworks ensure equitable access, protection, and quality within educational systems.

The findings indicate that effective integration of educational policies and legal regulations contributes significantly to improving governance, accountability, and social justice. However, challenges remain, including regulatory inconsistencies, limited public legal literacy, and unequal access to quality education.

The study emphasizes the importance of harmonizing educational innovation with responsive legal frameworks to foster democratic values, rule of law, and lifelong learning in a rapidly changing global context.
